Pearl Abyss has launched a new video contest for Crimson Desert players. Participants can submit in-game footage for a chance to win a trip to the company's Korea headquarters.
Crimson Desert, the open-world action RPG, invites players to share videos of their adventures in Pywel. Community manager Grimnir announced the event on YouTube, noting the many fan creations shared since launch.
Videos can be short under one minute or longer between one and three minutes. Submissions must use only in-game footage and avoid copyrighted music. Entries go through the official website by July 12, with required hashtags on social media.
Ten winners will receive an all-expenses-paid visit to Pearl Abyss Korea HQ, including flights and two nights accommodation. They also get a golden coin and special merchandise.
The game approaches its three-month anniversary. Pearl Abyss confirmed sales over 6 million copies worldwide yesterday. Last week's update added minigames like pinball along with new mounts, pets, and bug fixes.
