The Daily Wire report said NPC members added four amendments, including provisions on “real democracy,” police and prison abolition, naming Jerusalem as the capital of a Palestinian state, and ranked-choice voting. It reported that the police-and-prison-related amendment passed 16–8, that two amendments passed unanimously, and that the “real democracy” amendment passed by a narrow margin.
