Reports vary slightly on his exact playing time, with some noting 41 games and 142 plate appearances, including 29 hits and 15 runs. Defensively, he handled 365 chances with 349 putouts while starting 37 games. Despite underwhelming offensive production, Rushing demonstrated a solid approach, making hard contact and maintaining value as one of the top catching prospects.
