Horses and soldiers from the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment visited West Beach on Hayling Island on 3 July to conclude their summer training camp.
The three-week camp ended with a beach ride after earlier duties that included welcoming world leaders to Windsor and protecting the King at the State Opening of Parliament.
Photographers SSgt Donald Todd, PO Belinda Alker and Corporal Christian Delice recorded the activity with still images and drone video.
A spokesperson said the beach offered a valuable test for the horses, exposing them to waves, shifting sands and other new stimuli to build confidence.
The camp also included mounted operational work on Longmoor Training Area focused on innovation and fieldcraft.
