An Iowa teenager is accused of fatally stabbing a 43-year-old man on New Year's Day and then reacting angrily when his family called police instead of helping to hide the body.
JK Athree faces one count of first-degree murder in the death of Jermel Ellington in Sioux City. Court records show the attack occurred after the two men, who had a prior feud, crossed paths again while drinking with others in a parked car. Athree allegedly stabbed Ellington multiple times in the thigh, back, neck and chest before remaining in the vehicle for over an hour listening to music with the body.
