KUCCPS reopens applications for KMTC medical courses

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has reopened applications for 21 courses at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) targeting students who missed initial placements. Earlier, on March 3, KUCCPS had reopened 31 KMTC courses for students with C and D grades in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, closing that window on March 13. The current opportunity broadens eligibility to Form Four leavers from 2000 to 2025.

Available diploma courses include Health Records and Information Technology, Radiography and Imaging, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Occupational Therapy, Optometry, Orthopaedic Technology, Physiotherapy, Medical Engineering, and others. Certificate programmes cover Nutrition and Dietetics, Public Health, Medical Engineering, and Emergency Medical Technician.

Applicants should visit www.kuccps.ac.ke, access the Student's Portal, log in, view KMTC programmes, and follow the application process before the April 3 deadline.
