A 6.29-acre plot in western Hyderabad sold for ₹237 crore per acre on Thursday, marking a new high for land prices in the area.
The e-auction, conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited through the MSTC platform, exceeded the reserve price of ₹139 crore per acre by 70.5 percent. The final transaction value reached approximately ₹1,490.73 crore. JLL served as the transaction advisor for the process.
The parcel, located near Raidurg and flanked by 45-metre-wide roads, attracted bids from major real estate developers. Nearby landmarks include T-Hub and My Home Bhooja. The identity of the winning bidder remains undisclosed.
This sale surpasses the previous record set by the corporation in October 2025, when a 7.6-acre plot fetched ₹133 crore per acre. Another 5.09-acre TGIIC plot in the same region is scheduled for auction on June 1.
