Andrés Trivelli, general manager of LarrainVial, internally announced the definitive closure of the criminal investigation against eight company executives in the Factop case.
On Monday, July 13, the IV Tribunal de Garantía de Santiago certified the definitive dismissal of the executives, issued on June 25. Those affected are Andrea Larraín, Andrés Bulnes, Claudio Yañez, Felipe Porzio, Jaime Oliveira, José Correa, Manuel Bulnes and Sebastián Cereceda.
In the communication Trivelli highlighted that the company maintained high corporate governance standards during the process. He added that they looked after the Fund's interest and compensated clients affected by third parties who misused the brand.
In October 2025 the Supreme Court confirmed the alternative exit approved in June of that year. The CMF applied fines of UF 160,000 in August 2025 related to the valuation of assets of the Fondo de Inversión Capital Estructurado I.
