Brighton electronica and post-punk band Lemonsuckr has released its second EP, Life Is A Heist, featuring five new tracks. The collection arrives ahead of several summer 2026 festival appearances.
The EP follows the band's 2025 debut, H.E.A.T., and includes the songs Rugrat, Stain, House Of Fire, Grandaddy and the title track. Frontman Guy Ferris described the lyrics as more personal than before, addressing family tensions and past relationships.
Ferris wrote Grandaddy as a conversation with his younger self. The track has already become a fan favourite after a performance at last month's Great Escape Festival.
The release is available on limited numbered 12-inch white vinyl paired with the prior EP on the B-side. Lemonsuckr is scheduled to play Latitude Festival, 2000Trees, PsychFest and Circuit Break Festival this summer, plus a July 24 support slot at London's Electric Ballroom.
