Lizzy Caplan is set to join the cast of The Morning Show in its fifth season on Apple TV.
Caplan will portray Gwen, described as a passionate and uncompromising Broadway theater director. She joins other new cast members including Jeff Daniels as self-made billionaire Lukas, Renee Rapp as rising UBN star Samantha, and Jesse Williams as UBN's new head of news Vernon.
Former View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck will appear as a guest host on CBS Mornings from Monday through Wednesday.
