A celebration of life memorial service for singer Oliver Tree is scheduled for July 25 in Santa Cruz, California, with a public livestream planned.
The event will be held at the UCSC Quarry Amphitheatre on the University of California’s Santa Cruz campus. Tree died in a helicopter crash in Brazil on June 14 at age 32.
Tree’s family announced the service because of limited space for family and friends. Details on watching the livestream will be released soon.
The family has also launched Dr. Oliver Tree’s Extremely Epic Art Grant for Baby Geniuses in line with plans Tree set up before his death. The fund will support artists creating physical projects and is intended to last 50 to 100 years.
Post Malone dedicated a recent Toronto show to Tree.
