Mexico City’s Metro system will run on a holiday schedule on April 2 and 3, from 07:00 to 24:00, allowing bicycle access. Metrobús will extend services until midnight or 1:00 a.m. on various lines from April 2 to 5, subject to road conditions.
The Metro announced that on April 2 and 3, 2026, it will operate from 07:00 to 24:00, as on holidays. Users can bring bicycles, recommended in the first or last car.
For Metrobús, on April 2 service will run from 4:30 to 00:00 across its seven lines. On April 3, lines 1 to 6 will operate from 5:00 to 00:00, while line 7 runs from 5:00 to 01:00 on its full route from Campo Marte to Indios Verdes.
On April 4, lines 3, 4, 5, and 6 will have service from 4:30 to 00:00. Lines 1, 2, and 7 will extend to 01:00 on specific routes: line 1 from El Caminero to Indios Verdes, line 2 from Tacubaya to Tepalcates, and line 7 from Campo Marte to Indios Verdes.
On April 5, all seven lines will run from 5:00 to 00:00. Authorities noted schedules are subject to closures due to road conditions like protests or bad weather. Service normalizes on April 6.
