The Ministry of Justice signed a cooperation protocol with Sahl to enable electronic payments for ministry fees and services across Egypt.
The Ministry of Justice has signed a cooperation protocol with Sahl, Egypt’s premier mobile bill payment app. The agreement allows users to pay judicial fees and other ministry dues electronically through Sahl’s nationwide network.
The protocol was signed by Hazem Saafan, Chairperson of Sahl, in the presence of senior officials from both sides. It includes full technical integration with the ministry’s systems along with training programmes and knowledge exchange.
Saafan said the partnership supports Egypt’s digital transformation vision by providing a robust electronic payments infrastructure. The move forms part of the ministry’s efforts to modernise services and expand digital government channels.
