An 18-year-old Missouri man was convicted and sentenced this week for a robbery at a Waffle House in Kansas City. Undrellius Fleck received 30 years in prison for the August 2025 incident. The sentence will run at the same time as an earlier term for a separate murder.
On Wednesday, Fleck was convicted of first-degree robbery in Clay County. He was sentenced to 30 years behind bars for the crime.
The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. on an August night last year. Fleck approached a man at the Waffle House with a gun and demanded his cellphone. The victim fled inside and hid behind a waitress, but Fleck followed and pointed the weapon at both.
Fleck had already pleaded guilty in February to second-degree murder and robbery in a September 2025 convenience store shooting in Jackson County. He received a 23-year sentence for that case in May. The new term runs concurrently with the prior one.
