Slow play has drawn scrutiny during the second round of the PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club. Officials issued an official warning to the group of Justin Thomas, Keegan Bradley and Cameron Young on Friday morning. Course conditions including wind and difficult pins contributed to the delays.
The group received the warning on their 13th hole after falling behind the allotted time. PGA Tour rules official Ken Tackett delivered the notice, placing the players on the clock for the remainder of their round. Thomas later said the group did not agree with the decision and noted they were not holding up the players behind them.
