Ahmed Rostom met Amr El-Gharib to review development projects in Menoufeya under Egypt Vision 2030.
Ahmed Rostom, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, met with Amr El-Gharib, Governor of Menoufeya, during a field visit on 2026-05-24. They reviewed projects under the economic and social development plan and assessed service improvements aligned with Egypt Vision 2030.
Governorate officials presented the 2025/2026 plan covering roads, transportation, environmental improvement, and infrastructure. Implementation rates exceeded 90 percent. Priorities for the 2026/2027 fiscal year include 84 projects in infrastructure and urban development.
Rostom directed logistical support including 25 devices, 15 scanners, 10 printers, and three queue management units for technological centres. He stressed directing resources to priority areas such as drinking water and sanitation.
El-Gharib highlighted ongoing efforts to maximize investments and achieve high completion rates in line with Egypt Vision 2030.
