President Prabowo Subianto leads the peak ceremony of the 80th Bhayangkara Day at Satlat Brimob Cikeas, Bogor, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka attends with officials and guests.
The ceremony is held for the first time at the Brimob education complex, not at Monas as in previous years. Inspector General of Police Johnny Eddizon Isir said the new location highlights the education and training process for Polri personnel.
A total of 9,000 participants join, including Polri and TNI personnel plus community elements. Activities include a defile parade, honors presentation, exhibition of domestically produced main and special equipment, and social aid distribution.
Polri has held a series of events since May and June under the theme "80 Years of Polri Service to the Community". Prior activities included social service, health service, and wayang performances.
