Summer Games Done Quick 2026 has concluded after raising 2.4 million dollars for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières.
The annual speedrunning marathon took place in Minneapolis this week. It drew around 2500 in-person attendees along with thousands watching the livestreams.
All proceeds went directly to the charity for its global medical work. A documentary on its efforts in Gaza was shown during the event.
Speedrunners delivered notable moments such as Bluekandy's world record run of Kirby Air Riders and a Balatro performance that exceeded expectations. The program also featured panels, board game rooms, a vendor alley, and game demo booths.
All runs are available on the Games Done Quick YouTube channel. Since 2010 the series has collected more than 62 million dollars for various causes.
