T-Mobile provides streaming perks for eligible customers

T-Mobile is offering various streaming service freebies and discounts to its customers with qualifying plans. These include free access to Netflix with ads, Hulu, Paramount Plus, SiriusXM, and Pandora, along with a discounted Apple TV option. The perks aim to enhance entertainment value for mobile and home internet subscribers.

T-Mobile customers on select mobile and home internet plans can access a range of streaming benefits, saving on popular platforms. For Netflix, those with two or more lines on plans such as Go5G, Go5G Next, Go5G Plus, Magenta, Magenta Max, Experience More, or Experience Beyond qualify for the ad-supported version at no extra cost. This includes military, 55+, and first responder plans. Existing subscribers can add the perk via their account's add-ons section. An upgrade to ad-free Netflix Premium is available for $18 monthly, a $7 reduction from the standard rate.

Subscribers to Experience Beyond or Go5G Next plans receive ad-based Hulu for free, limited to one per account and applicable to new or returning customers. Activation follows specific instructions on T-Mobile's site, and current Hulu users must cancel their subscription first to switch.

Home internet users on the All-In plan get the ad-supported Paramount Plus Essential Plan included, featuring content from CBS, Nickelodeon, and Comedy Central, plus live sports. For audio streaming, Experience Beyond, Experience More, and Go5G plan holders enjoy six months of SiriusXM All Access (app-only) at no charge, followed by $10 monthly billing. Eligibility extends to new and returning users without an active subscription in the past year. Postpaid mobile customers also receive four months of Pandora Premium free, then $11 monthly.

A notable change affects Apple TV: the complimentary access offered since 2021 ends on January 1, 2026, for premium mobile and voice plan customers. It will be replaced by a $3 monthly fee, reflecting the service's price increase from $10 to $13. New customers can join, and select groups like 55+, seniors, military, first responders, and those with hearing or visual impairments get the discount for six months.
