The cast of The Bear shared reflections and kitchen tips in a new video as the show's fifth and final season prepares to premiere.
The fifth and final season of the Emmy-winning series premieres this Thursday at 9 p.m. ET on Hulu. The season is set entirely in one night at the restaurant.
Jeremy Allen White, who plays Carmy, described overlapping emotions during filming. "There was something really nice about, especially for Carmy, knowing there is a goodbye, trying to be incredibly present in the kitchen in this last service," he said.
Lionel Bryce, who portrays Marcus, called the experience bittersweet. "There was a moment where I realized I was in the middle of my feelings," Bryce noted. Matty Matheson, playing Neil Fak, added that the cast felt nostalgic about the group coming together.
The actors also discussed skills learned on set. White continues to work on perfecting an omelette, while Bryce mastered the quenelle technique. Liza Colón-Zayas, who plays Tina, said she and her husband now use the show's kitchen lingo like "Behind!"
