The Delhi government is set to begin trials for a WhatsApp-based governance system next month. This initiative will allow residents to obtain documents such as birth and caste certificates, along with AI chatbot assistance and real-time updates, without visiting offices. Officials aim to integrate nearly 50 services in the first phase to simplify access and reduce paperwork.
