ከንቲባዋ በማሕበራዊ ትስስር ገጻቸው እንደገለጹት መስከረም 27 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. በኮልፌ ቀራንዮ ባለ ሰባት ፎቅ ህንፃ ውስጥ የሚገኘው ማዕከል 22 ተቋማትና 114 አገልግሎቶችን ያቀርባል። በአንድ ጊዜ 96 ተገልጋዮችን ማስተናገድ የሚችሉ መስኮቶች አሉት።
ማዕከሉ ከፍተኛ ጥራት ያለው፣ ንጹህ፣ ለአካል ጉዳተኞች ምቹና ለህፃናት ማቆያ ያለው መሆኑን ከንቲባዋ አመልክተዋል። ነዋሪዎች ከቢሮክራሲ የሚያላቅቃቸው መሆኑን በመግለጽ እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ ብለዋል።
