LCD Soundsystem has expanded its North American tour with additional dates through September. The band will start with a four-night residency in Boston at the end of April, followed by shows in Napa, Vancouver, and other cities. The itinerary wraps up at Atlanta's Shaky Knees Festival.
LCD Soundsystem begins its updated tour schedule with four shows at Boston's Roadrunner on April 30 through May 3. The band recently wrapped residencies in New York and Chicago before this run. Next up is a performance at Bottlerock Napa Valley in Napa, California, on May 23, as first reported by Pitchfork. The August leg focuses on the West, including two nights at Freedom Mobile Arch in Vancouver on August 7, back-to-back shows at McMenamins Edgefield Amphitheater in Troutdale, Oregon, on August 8 and 9, and dates at KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, Montana, on August 12 and 13. Morrison, Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre hosts the band on August 15 and 16, followed by The Armory in Minneapolis on August 18 and Just Like Heaven in Pasadena, California, on August 22. Later dates include Thompson's Point in Portland, Maine, on September 9; three nights at College Street Music Hall in New Haven, Connecticut, from September 10 to 12; Hellbender in Asheville, North Carolina, on September 17; and a close at Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta on September 20.
