مدينة مصر تسجل أرباحاً صافية بقيمة 682.5 مليون جنيه في الربع الأول من 2026

أعلنت مدينة مصر عن نتائجها المالية للربع الأول من 2026، مسجلة أرباحاً صافية قدرها 682.5 مليون جنيه مصري مع زيادة في التسليمات والتحصيلات النقدية.

سجلت الشركة مبيعات جديدة بلغت 11.7 مليار جنيه في الربع الأول، مقارنة بـ12.6 مليار جنيه في الفترة نفسها من العام السابق. وارتفعت الإيرادات بنسبة 7.4% إلى 2.8 مليار جنيه مدفوعة بتسليم 831 وحدة.

بلغت الأرباح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والاستهلاك 857.2 مليون جنيه بهامش 31.2%. وانخفض صافي الربح إلى 682.5 مليون جنيه من 794.9 مليون جنيه، مع تراجع الهامش إلى 24.8%.

وصلت التحصيلات النقدية الصافية إلى 4.5 مليار جنيه، وتحسن معدل التأخر في السداد إلى 1%. وبلغ رصيد الإيرادات غير المعترف بها 98.2 مليار جنيه. كما وزعت الشركة أول أسهم مجانية بنسبة 4.17% وتوزيعات نقدية.
