Nashville Predators announce promotions in organization

The Nashville Predators organization revealed several promotions on November 5, 2025, recognizing key employees for their contributions. President and Chief Operating Officer Michelle Kennedy highlighted the dedication driving the team's success. These moves come amid ongoing growth, including arena renovations and new entertainment ventures.

Nashville, Tenn. (Nov. 5, 2025) – Nashville Predators President and Chief Operating Officer Michelle Kennedy announced several promotions within the organization, emphasizing the role of employee talent in the franchise's achievements.

“The success of our organization is driven by the dedication and talent of our employees,” Kennedy said. “These individuals have consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation and passion for our organization, our fans and our community. We are thrilled to recognize their contributions and look forward to their continued impact as our business continues to evolve and grow.”

The Predators have seen substantial growth in recent years, including the development of Sabertooth Sports & Entertainment (SS&E), which operates F&M Bank Arena in Clarksville and the Ford Ice Centers in Antioch, Bellevue and Clarksville. This expansion will be further enhanced by pending renovations to Bridgestone Arena at 501 Broadway, set to begin this summer and conclude by 2030.

At the senior leadership level, the promotions include:
- Jack Burk to Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, overseeing partnerships for the Predators, Bridgestone Arena, Ford Ice Centers and SS&E; a nearly 18-year employee, former board member of the Nashville Predators Foundation and 2024 Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honoree.
- Mike Harris to Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Technical Operations, leading IT strategy since joining two years ago and advancing technology and data privacy initiatives.
- Britt Kincheloe to Senior Vice President of Guest Services and Public Safety, a 28-year veteran overseeing those departments.
- Jill Ormandy to Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, providing legal guidance for nearly nine years.
- Laith Yasiri to Senior Vice President of Business Strategy and Revenue Operations, expanding responsibilities to include ticket sales after two years of advancing strategy.

Additional promotions span various roles, such as Baylee Adams to Senior Coordinator of Premium Service, Ellie Baker to Marketing Coordinator, and others including Matt Burke, Thad Daniel, and more, supporting operations across the organization.
