Naval intelligence operations led to the arrest of Justo Aurelio R. P. in Mérida, Yucatán. Authorities describe him as a businessman in vehicle and medicine sales who allegedly arranged money laundering schemes.
Raids targeted properties in Mérida and Komchén. Seized items included one Ferrari, three Porsches, four Lamborghinis, a safe, two firearms, methamphetamine, cash, jewelry, and electronic equipment.
The estimated value of the confiscated assets totals 145 million 263 thousand 946 pesos. Justo Aurelio R. P. was handed over to the Public Ministry for further investigation.
The Navy stated in a release that the actions aim to dismantle criminal financial structures through interagency coordination.
