CD Projekt Red has delayed its new The Witcher 3 expansion Songs of the Past to 2027. The studio originally planned a 2026 release but shifted the date after internal discussions. The expansion will feature Geralt and expand on the Gwent minigame.
CD Projekt Red announced Songs of the Past this week during an anniversary livestream. The expansion is being co-developed with Fool’s Theory and will launch in 2027. Joint CEO Michał Nowakowski confirmed the delay during an earnings call on May 28.
