President Bola Tinubu has extended birthday congratulations to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who turned 61, and to Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, who turned 64, both on June 25, 2026.
President Bola Tinubu praised Governor Sanwo-Olu for combining private and public sector experience to achieve new records in governance. He highlighted the governor's role in transforming Lagos State into a vibrant global city while strengthening its position as a centre of excellence.
Tinubu also commended Sanwo-Olu for his loyalty to the All Progressives Congress and the Renewed Hope Agenda. The president prayed for the governor's long life, good health, and enduring legacy.
Separately, Tinubu saluted Gbajabiamila for his decades of public service, including roles as Minority Leader and Speaker of the House of Representatives. He noted the chief of staff's dedication to national interest and contributions to the Renewed Hope Agenda.
