State Civil Guard officers dismantled an illegal surveillance camera network in Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí, allegedly used by criminal groups to monitor police movements. The operation removed 13 cameras from poles and building facades in several neighborhoods. No arrests were reported, but investigations continue.
