A couple who scaled the spire of the Empire State Building in New York on Wednesday is facing multiple criminal charges. Prosecutors said the man told police he wanted to do something special for his engagement. Angela Nikolau reported that police took her ring as evidence.
The two climbers reached the top of the landmark building midweek and were arrested shortly afterward.
