Addis Ababa mayor Kantiba Adanech Abiebie has launched the fifth "Adis Mesob" digital one-stop service center in her district on Megabit 23. The center aims to save time, cost, and effort while providing fast and quality services.
Kantiba Adanech Abiebie, Addis Ababa's city administration head, inaugurated the fifth "Adis Mesob" digital one-stop service center in her Medina district during a community gathering on the eve of the second year of national reforms.
This marks the latest in a series of such centers across the capital.
She highlighted Addis Ababa's dual reforms and developments, noting results registered by Megabit 24 under the reform government. Among the government's landmark achievements, she cited these centers as historic and timely successes. Despite shifts in government systems, they fundamentally reform entrenched bureaucracy.
Located in the bustling Merkato area serving merchants, the center promises to save time, costs, and effort while delivering quality and efficient services—even remotely. "Serving is an honor," she stated, urging clean service environments, mindset, and hands.
The digital government service hub will enable residents, diplomats, tourists, and conference attendees to access world-class speedy services. Learning from past centers that faltered, full support has been pledged to ensure its success.
