Chinese firm CRBC has been appointed main contractor for the Jabali Towers development at Tatu City on June 29.
Tatu City authorities confirmed the selection of China Road and Bridge Corporation as the main contractor for Jabali Towers in Tatu Central. The project includes two residential towers of 25 and 36 storeys along with office space, retail outlets and hospitality facilities.
The development will feature apartments, a 150-room hotel, Grade A office space and 35 commercial units once completed. Residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments have already begun to sell out.
Construction of the towers has officially begun. The contract comes five days after CRBC signed a KSh154 billion deal on June 23 to upgrade Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
