Daniel Hermansson wins coach of the year award

Daniel Hermansson has been named Årets coach by Hockeyjournalisternas kamratförening following a successful debut season with Skellefteå in the SHL. The award comes after he led the team to the SM-gold.

Daniel Hermansson left Mora to become head coach of Skellefteå ahead of the 2025/26 season. The team went on to win the SM-gold with a final victory over Rögle. He had already received the Årets tränare award in the SHL for his efforts this year.
