Neale Brewer, 60, faces three counts of vehicular manslaughter following a crash on U.S. Highway 12 near Kooskia that killed three motorcyclists.
The incident occurred around 4 p.m. Tuesday when Brewer drove a 2019 Ford F-150 westbound and attempted to pass another vehicle in a marked no-passing zone. She crossed the double yellow centerline and collided with three eastbound motorcyclists.
The victims, identified by the Idaho County Coroner's Office as Ethan Powers, 35, Jeremy Coleman, 45, and Nathan McCormick, 26, died at the scene. Authorities closed the highway for more than six hours while investigators collected evidence.
Brewer received treatment at a local hospital before her arrest. She is held without bond at the Idaho County jail. The crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
