Swedish-American forward Jake Stella is searching for a new team after concluding his stint with Cergy-Pontoise in the French top league.
The 27-year-old, who grew up in the Färjestad BK system, played for Tingsryds AIF in HockeyAllsvenskan during the 2024/25 season. He recorded 13 points in 59 games before the club was relegated to Hockeyettan.
Stella then moved abroad to join Cergy-Pontoise, where he served as assistant captain and contributed to the team's survival through the qualifiers. The club confirmed that the partnership will not continue into the 2026/27 season.
With experience from NCAA hockey and both Swedish and international leagues, Stella is now exploring new opportunities. Tingsryds AIF, his former club, is preparing for its second season in Hockeyettan.
