Jamal Musiala accepterer straf efter ulykke med 194 km/t

Den tyske landsholdsspiller Jamal Musiala har accepteret en straf for at have forårsaget et uheld på motorvej A8 nær München. Hændelsen fandt sted i april 2025.

Byretten i München udstedte i slutningen af januar et endeligt strafferetsligt forelæg mod den 23-årige Bayern München-spiller. Musiala var sigtet for farlig kørsel og uagtsom legemsbeskadigelse i to tilfælde. Statsadvokaturen München I har bekræftet detaljerne.

Han kørte 194 kilometer i timen i en 120-zone og overså et andet køretøj under en overhaling. Den 30-årige fører og dennes 26-årige passager pådrog sig lettere kvæstelser. Materielle skader løb op i omkring 200.000 euro. Musialas lillesøster befandt sig også i bilen.

Spilleren mistede sit kørekort i midten af februar. En ny ansøgning vil først være mulig fra midten af november.
