Four days after David Landsman's arrest for aggravated assault-strangulation, Lindsie Chrisley has filed for a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend. Court documents detail her allegations of being strangled during an argument at his Georgia home, while Landsman claimed in a 911 call that she punched him.
In a follow-up to Landsman's April 10 arrest reported earlier, Chrisley alleges in court filings obtained by TMZ that during her attempt to retrieve belongings and end their two-year relationship, Landsman became enraged over 'personal matters'—stemming from a prior dinner argument on April 9 about a photo on her phone. She claims he strangled her multiple times, lifting her off the ground by the throat with one hand. Chrisley says she punched near his eyebrows to escape and pleaded for him to stop. Officers noted injuries on her neck and head; Landsman's mugshot showed blood from eyebrow to cheek, aligning with his 911 claim that she drew blood by punching him in the face. The Woodstock Police arrest was for aggravated assault-strangulation, with Landsman booked into Cherokee County jail.
