Max Verstappen crashes out of British GP and slams Red Bull car

Max Verstappen ended his British Grand Prix with a crash five laps from the finish. The four-time world champion expressed strong frustration with his Red Bull car after the incident.

Verstappen qualified seventh at the British Grand Prix, behind teammate Isack Hadjar. He described the car's performance as embarrassing and bad due to lack of top speed and poor balance.

During the race he crashed into the gravel trap. Over the radio he said, "This fucking car, unbelievable." Later he added that the situation was super dangerous and that he was fed up after similar issues in Austria.

Red Bull team principal Laurent Mekies acknowledged the problems. He said it was unpleasant for drivers to be let down by the car in high-speed corners in consecutive races.

Verstappen also stated he no longer believes in a championship recovery similar to the previous season.
