President Javier Milei will head the official Flag Day ceremony this Saturday at Rosario's Monumento a la Bandera. The day marks the 206th anniversary of General Manuel Belgrano's death and will gather thousands of students for the traditional pledge of loyalty to the national flag.
Vice President Victoria Villarruel confirmed her attendance despite not being included initially in the protocol. Official Manuel Adorni is also expected after his recent public withdrawal. Santa Fe Governor Maximiliano Pullaro and Mayor Pablo Javkin will participate, emphasizing the institutional nature of the event.
The municipality implemented traffic cuts from midnight Friday in central and coastal sectors that will remain in place until 9 p.m. Urban passenger transport and the Mi bici tu bici system will be free between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. to ease access to the ceremony.
