Nike is introducing a leather version of its Moon Shoe model. The update replaces the usual nylon upper with leather while retaining the Waffle sole.
The leather Moon Shoe is scheduled to launch in two colorways during the fall season. These include a bright University Red option and a calmer Flax variant. Both will become available on Nike's website.
The design incorporates suede touches and a full leather construction, including the Swoosh logo on the sidewalls. Nike plans to continue offering additional nylon color options alongside the new leather pairs.
Whispers have emerged of a potential Jacquemus collaboration in 2027 that would feature nylon construction with ostrich leather Swooshes.
