Nuestro Bogotá reports sales above 18.5 million dollars in first quarter

Shopping center Nuestro Bogotá generated sales of more than 18.5 million dollars in the first three months of 2026, up 2 percent from the same period last year.

February led the quarter with 6.3 percent growth, followed by January at 5.7 percent and March at 1.6 percent. Daily visitors averaged 30,000 people, with higher attendance on weekends.

Saturdays averaged 33,426 visitors, and Saturday February 28 marked the quarter's peak with 36,748 people. Night hours from 6:00 p.m. grew 3 percent, driven especially on Sundays with an 11 percent rise.

In gastronomy, the food court rose 17.9 percent and cafes and ice cream shops 15.1 percent. David Vaca, strategic manager, noted that the results reflect a proposal focused on visitor experience in a competitive market in western Bogotá.
