Polda Metro Jaya has completed all instructions from the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office regarding the alleged embezzlement and fraud case by the Director of PT Melani Citra Permata (Mecimapro), initialed FDM. The case involves funds for the TWICE K-Pop concert in Jakarta on December 23, 2023. Suspect FDM may be released on suspension if the file is not declared complete by Friday.
Polda Metro Jaya has fulfilled all instructions (P19) from the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) in the case of alleged embezzlement and fraud committed by the Director of PT Melani Citra Permata (Mecimapro), initialed FDM. FDM is suspected of embezzling funds related to the organization of the TWICE K-Pop concert in Jakarta on December 23, 2023.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, stated, "We have now completed all instructions (P19) from the prosecutor's office and will meet with the prosecutor's office to resubmit the case file," in his statement in Jakarta on Tuesday (November 4, 2025).
The detention period for suspect FDM cannot be extended further. Budi Hermanto explained that if by Friday (November 7) the case file is not declared complete (P21) by the Prosecutor's Office, FDM will undergo detention suspension with the obligation to report every Monday and Thursday. Nevertheless, the investigation process and submission of the case file will continue until P21 status is obtained.
Previously, on Thursday (October 30), the Head of the Public Information Sub-Division of Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Reonald Simanjuntak, stated that investigators had examined nine witnesses and one expert. "We have examined nine witnesses and one expert. The person in question is detained, so they are now a suspect," he said. The case is at investigation stage 1, with the file submitted and currently under review by prosecutors.
