Robbie Williams overrasker med nye album Britpop

Robbie Williams har overraskende udgivet sit nye album «Britpop» over natten.

Robbie Williams, tidligere sanger i Take That, lancerede sit 13. soloalbum «Britpop» midnat den 6. januar 2025 uden meget forudgående annoncering. Balladen «All My Life» vækker klassikere som «Come Und Done» eller Oasis' «Don’t Look Back in Anger».  Oprindeligt sat til 10. oktober 2025 udsatte Williams albummet til 6. februar for at undgå skyggen af Taylor Swifts «The Life of A Showgirl» fra 3. oktober. Nu kommer det tre uger tidligere. Anden halvdel med spor som «Morrissey», «Human» og «It’s Only Good Until The Drugs Stop Working» dupper lidt og føles mainstream-nostalgisk.
