British-Nigerian artist Slawn has created a limited-edition capsule of hand-painted Ronaldinho jerseys and customized boots. The works form part of the Ronaldinho x Ravenna by Cipriani project linked to Italian club Ravenna FC. Proceeds from an upcoming auction will support Street Soccer USA.
Slawn reworked 10 Ronaldinho x Ravenna jerseys at his London studio. Creative director Giorgio Mallone designed the base shirts, which Slawn then painted with his signature figures and markings. Each piece is unique and signed by both the artist and Ronaldinho.
The capsule also features two pairs of Nike R10 boots. One pair was prepared specifically for Ronaldinho’s return to the pitch.
The items will be auctioned through MatchWornShirt. A portion of the proceeds will go to Street Soccer USA to fund youth programs in underserved communities.
One jersey will be shown at Casa Cipriani New York in the week before the World Cup final, where visitors can scan a QR code to learn about the project.
