Top Line expands fuel storage capacity in Cebu

Listed fuel retailer Top Line will lease storage facilities in Cebu City to triple its capacity in the Visayas region.

Top Line Logistics, a subsidiary of Top Line Business Development Corporation, signed a rental agreement with LuDo & LuYm Corporation for part of its depot in Cebu City. The move will increase Top Line’s fuel storage from 10 million liters to 30 million liters.

The first phase of the Top Line Energy Complex involves refurbishment of the facility and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. CEO Eugene Erik Lim said the project will support the company’s expansion and improve energy security in the region.

LuDo & LuYm chairman Douglas Luym noted that the partnership could create long-term value for a more reliable fuel supply chain in Cebu and the Visayas. Top Line debuted on the Philippine Stock Exchange in April 2025.
