For men's doubles, Leo Rolly Carnando/Bagas Maulana (top seed) downed Kittinupong Kedren/Lucas Ekarat Wedler (Thailand) 21-12, 21-11; Raymond Indra/Nikolaus Joaquin (second seed) secured a decisive 21-8, 21-13 win over Pharanyu Kaosamang/Tanadon Punpanich (Thailand); and Muhammad Rian Ardianto/Rahmat Hidayat (fifth seed) triumphed over Eng Keat Wesley Koh/Junsuke Kubo (Singapore) 21-13, 21-6. In women's doubles, besides Febriana/Meilysa, Rachel Allessya Rose/Febi Setianingrum (sixth seed) prevailed 21-16, 18-21, 21-11 against Hathaithip Mijad/Napapakorn Tungkasatan (Thailand), and Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti (eighth seed) beat Fan Ka Yan/Yau Mau Ying (Hong Kong) 21-12, 21-15. Meanwhile, in mixed doubles, Bobby Setiabudi/Melati Daeva Oktavianti defeated Chen Cheng Kuan/Hsu Yin-Hui 21-18, 21-15, and Amri Syahnawi/Nita Violina Marwah (fourth seed) eliminated Ruben Garcia/Lucia Rodriguez (Spain) 21-17, 21-18. The Raymond Indra/Nikolaus Joaquin pair stood out with aggressive play, as Raymond stated, “From the start, we chose to play aggressively to attack and not fall behind.” Joaquin added that the home crowd atmosphere was not overly pressuring, unlike playing at Istora Senayan.
