Williams Formula 1 team principal James Vowles has stated that drivers Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz remain focused on the team's progress despite recent challenges.
Vowles addressed questions about the driver market by pointing directly to his current lineup. “Speak to Alex, speak to Carlos; they want to be part of this journey, and that's the best I can tell you,” he said. The team sits eighth in the constructors’ standings after finishing fifth in 2025 under new technical regulations that left the FW48 overweight.
