Designer Willy Chavarria presented two custom versions of the Adidas Stan Smith during his Spring/Summer 2027 runway show in Paris. The appearance came just ahead of Wimbledon and marked the latest step in his expanding partnership with the brand.
Chavarria wore a White and Fairway Green pair featuring a hairy suede heel tab, a “W” marking on the heel, and a green rose embroidered on the upper. Stan Smith appeared in a second version covered in hairy grass-like green suede.
The models were shown at the close of the presentation but have not been officially announced by Adidas. A release is expected later this year or during the Spring/Summer 2027 season.
The Stan Smith project follows Chavarria’s recent Mexico-themed collection for Adidas, which included goalie jerseys and reworked Copa sneakers.
