Ye held his second sold-out concert at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, on April 3, featuring surprise guests Lauryn Hill and Travis Scott. The 70,000-capacity venue saw performances blending his new album Bully with classics. Hill joined for several songs, later bringing her sons Zion Marley and YG Marley onstage.
Ye, the 48-year-old artist formerly known as Kanye West, returned to SoFi Stadium for his second comeback show on Friday, April 3. Midway through the performance, Lauryn Hill emerged through smoke to duet 'All Falls Down,' which samples her 2002 track 'Mystery of Iniquity' from MTV Unplugged No. 2.0. The pair continued with Hill's 'Doo Wop (That Thing)' transitioning into Ye's 'Believe What I Say.' Hill then introduced her sons, Zion Marley and YG Marley, for 'Heartbeat,' 'Crisis,' and 'Praise Jah in the Moonlight,' co-written by YG and his mother. Last year, Ye described his album Bully as akin to Hill's 1998 classic The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. 'This is more the way I remember Lauryn Hill[‘s] album, the way I remember Miseducation,' he said on The Download podcast in February 2025. Earlier, Travis Scott, masked and wearing an 'Unsane' shirt, performed Bully's lead single 'Father,' released March 28, and his Utopia hit 'Fein.' Other guests included CeeLo Green on the Bully title track, Ye's 12-year-old daughter North West rapping 'Bless Me' and 'Piercing on My Hand,' and André Troutman for 'All the Love.' Ye plans global shows, including Wireless Festival in London on July 10-12, his first UK performance since 2014, and a gig in Italy later that summer. The show closed with 'Runaway' from his 2010 album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
