Kraken parent Payward agrees to acquire Reap Technologies for $600 million

Payward, the parent company of cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, has agreed to acquire Hong Kong-based Reap Technologies for up to $600 million in a cash-and-stock deal. The transaction values Payward at $20 billion and represents the company's largest acquisition to date.

Inseego has announced the acquisition of Nokia's Fixed Wireless Access consumer premises equipment operations, known as the FastMile brand. The deal is expected to double the company's revenue and expand its international presence. Nokia is effectively paying Inseego to take over the loss-making unit.

GeoPark, a private oil company, announced the acquisition of exploration and production assets from Frontera Energy in Colombia for US$400 million. This deal will enable the firm to boost its output from 28,000 to nearly 70,000 barrels per day, projecting 95,000 barrels by 2028. It will position GeoPark as Colombia's largest private producer, accounting for 10% of national crude output.
